Embodied Essence

Embodied Essence delves into what it means to bring the light-body, spirit, soul, or higher self into the physical body. This is the process of Spiritual Alchemy. To embody more of our divine, true & authentic essence/self.

This process requires us to look at Belief Systems, Conditioning, Triggers, Addiction, Ancestral Karma & Trauma, and Genetic Pain, Woundings, Trauma, Self Sabotage, Emotional Reactions, Blocks & Coping Mechanisms to do the necessary shadow work to become more heart-centered.

We move through the pain body and the shadow to bring our inner gifts & treasures to awareness and into the light.

The intention for these workshops are:

To support you in the changes and shifts you are undergoing in your life.

To support your Spiritual Alchemical Process.

To deep delve into concepts and create a space to experience, feel and unfold.

To commit, show up & be courageous in your exploration of the self.

To connect with what is supporting you & not supporting you.

To experience community & support.

To learn about your inner workings and make the changes that are necessary for your evolution.

All sessions are recorded. If you are unable to attend a workshop, the recording will be sent to you.
